Since its creation in 2002, the Clean Water Foundation of Georg
Fischer has financed almost 100 water supply projects bringing access
to clean drinking water to 200,000 people in 50 countries. During the
last ten years, more than CHF 7 million has been invested in Clean
Water projects. All the international projects are carried out with
carefully selected partners. In 2011, the board of trustees approved
eleven new projects for an amount of about CHF 700,000.

Water Foundation because the issue of water availability touches us
all and because, as specialists in this sector, we are in a position
to offer a meaningful contribution”, says Yves Serra, CEO of
Georg Fischer.
